First, we got this amazing deal thanks to the very nice Aykut at reception, who was not just flexible with the pricing but acted like an old friend! Then, every morning, Betül would come running to our table offering tea and coffee.

It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it based on the experience we received.

The room was new-fashioned, well decorated & had a lovely bed. The breakfast was savoury with amazing views, we loved everything.

Rooms were smaller than expected, especially with luggage. The noise levels from both neighboring spaces and the street disrupted what could have been a more restful experience. Cleanliness in the bathroom didn't quite meet expectations, disappointing. The breakfast variety was somewhat limited, lacking diverse options to start the day right. Any attempt to personalize room configurations resulted in confusion rather than satisfaction.

The location offers easy access to key attractions and is within walking distance of numerous dining options. The breakfast menu was diverse, with a blend of local and international dishes, a highlight of each morning. The room felt cramped for a multi-night stay was great. While the staff were generally helpful, a couple of interactions lacked the warmth expected. Nonetheless, the convenience of nearby tram access was appreciated.

The breakfast had some unique options, and the mini bar was a nice touch, but the bathroom toiletries could be better. I'd stay here again!

The location is perfect, just a short stroll from Istanbul's major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff members are cute and go above and beyond to assist, especially Abdullah and Aykut, who were always ready with helpful tips. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh delights to start your day right.
